Needs people and can support them. The sweet spot.
Deep in the Sardinian interior, in one of the blue zones where people routinely pass a hundred. Ollolai has run schemes for years and actively courts foreigners and remote workers, with a digital-nomad programme alongside the cheap housing.
Before you fall in love
- Population down 10.1% in 6 years. The decline is ongoing, not historic.
What Ollolai is short of

Families, urgency 5 of 5

Artisans, urgency 3 of 5
Weaving and woodwork traditions with no successors.
