Group orientation · live
The honest 90 minutes on €1 houses.
Everything we would tell you in the first hour of Buying Support, live, for twenty people at a time — the schemes, the real costs, the paperwork in order, the court auctions, the builders, and your questions. £39 a seat, recorded, credited in full if you go on to book us.
Ninety minutes, six parts
- 01
Where the €1 houses actually are
Which comuni are running schemes this year, which have stopped, and why the towns emptying fastest are not the ones on the lists.
- 02
What the €1 really costs
The worked sum, line by line, on a real listing — deposit, notary, survey, translation, works, contingency — and the per-m² test that tells you when to buy the finished house instead.
- 03
The sequence and the paperwork
Codice fiscale, bank, proposta, geometra, notary, residency: what happens in what order, and what each step costs.
- 04
Auctions: the actual €5,000 houses
How judicial sales work, why they are cheaper, what “quota di 1/2” means, and how a foreigner bids.
- 05
Who will fix it
Reading a town's trades register, getting three comparable quotes, the payment schedule that protects you, and the bonus you lose by paying cash.
- 06
Your questions
Bring your shortlist. Twenty seats so everyone gets asked “what would stop you?” about their own towns.
Next dates
Live, 90 minutes, twenty seats, recorded. The £39 comes off Buying Support.
Why a group, and why £39
The most useful question in the room is usually someone else's.
Twenty people planning the same move ask the twenty things you had not thought to. And £39 is the price at which nobody has to decide whether they are serious yet — that decision comes after, with the numbers in front of you, and the £39 already paid towards it.
Questions
- Is this the £149 orientation call?
- Same material, one-to-many. The £149 call is sixty minutes on your shortlist alone, with a written summary; this is ninety minutes for twenty people with the last half hour for questions. Both come off Buying Support in full.
- What if I cannot make the date?
- Every session is recorded and the recording goes on your page within a day. Book the date you can make; watch the one you cannot.
- Do I need to have a town in mind?
- No, but it is better if you do. The questions are more useful when someone says “Zungoli, €60,000, we have two children” than when they say “Italy”.
- Will you tell me which house to buy?
- No — we will tell you which sums to do and which conditions to put in the offer. That is worth more and it is honest.
- Refunds?
- Up to 48 hours before the session, in full. After that the seat is yours and so is the recording.
