Borgonova Club

A year of this costs less than the dataset does on its own.

Buying a house in Italy is not a weekend's work — it is eighteen months of watching, and the good ones go while you are deciding. The Club is everything we sell, running in the background, for as long as you are looking: every alert, the whole auction board, the kit, the data, and every new €1 scheme the week a comune opens it.

Cancel any time; the annual works out at £20.75 a month.

What is in it

Six things, and one of them is the reason to stay.

Every new €1 scheme, the week it opens

the whole point

We watch the comuni that run these schemes and hash their pages nightly. When one publishes a new bando or another tranche of houses, members hear first. This is the part you cannot get anywhere else in English.

Alerts on as many towns as you like

free tier: one

Not one town — every town on your list, plus the ones we would add to it.

The auction board

£9/mo

363 court lots and counting, curated weekly, with the deposit and the deadline stated. Auction Watch on its own is £9 a month.

The Buyer's Kit

£49

Offer letter in Italian and English, notary checklist, builder quote template, codice fiscale walkthrough, the cost model as a spreadsheet.

The comuni dataset

£249

All 7,896 comuni with population trend, median age, Need Index and scheme status, as CSV and JSON, refreshed.

Priority on written quotes

£40 a time

Your quote request goes out to builders first, and the £79 fee is halved for members.

The arithmetic

Bought separately, the kit and the dataset alone are £298, and the auction board is another £108 a year. The Club is £249 for twelve months — and the scheme alerts, which are not for sale at any price, come with it.

Who it is for

Anyone still looking. If you have already found the house and are heading for a notary, you want Buying Support instead, and the Club is the wrong purchase.

Who it is not for

If you want one town watched and nothing else, the free alert does that properly and we would rather you used it. Join when you are looking at four towns and losing track.
