    Each one as it lands, with what it leaves out marked. Then all three side by side.

    The negotiation is yours. We do not sit in the middle of it and we do not take a cut of it.

Why builders answer us

Questions

Which builders?
The ones registered in our trades register for that comune first, then the local businesses we have already spoken to, then the province. Builders and geometri before single trades. We tell them who the client is and what the house is; we never take a cut of their work, so they answer us.
What do I get?
Each written quote as it arrives, with a one-page English summary: what it covers, what it leaves out, the payment terms and the timescale. Then all three side by side in the same spreadsheet layout as the Buyer's Kit.
What if you cannot get three?
You get your £79 back. Some comuni have two builders for a hundred kilometres; we say so up front on the town page, and we say so again before you pay if it applies.
Do I need to own the house?
No. A quote before you buy is the best money you will spend; it is also the strongest thing to put in a proposta as a condition.
Is £79 the whole price?
Yes. The builders quote for free, as they do for anyone. If you want us to negotiate, attend, or manage the works, that is Buying Support or Full Relocation, and this fee comes off it.
