- Where do the numbers come from?
- Population, median age and boundaries are ISTAT (2019 and 2025). Schemes are verified against official bandi. Demand is our platform: alert subscribers, paid requests, detected auctions. No estimates.
- Is it a valuation?
- No. It is a working document for deciding what to do this year, with the sources in the open. It does not replace the technical office.
- Can we pay by bank transfer?
- Yes: email us and we invoice the comune. The report unlocks on payment.
- And afterwards?
- The annual update shows what changed. The free partnership continues regardless.
