Why it works

Someone buying from abroad types “house for sale Sicily”, not “casa in vendita”. They read Italian portals through machine translation, cannot make sense of the costs, and give up. Questions

Do you take a commission on the sale?
No. Never. You pay a subscription for foreign traffic; we stay on everyone's side.
Do you need exclusivity?
No. List wherever you like. We bring an audience the other portals do not have: people searching in English.
Who are the buyers?
Mostly the UK, the US, northern Europe and Australia. People who want to buy and renovate, often to relocate. Enquiries arrive with a stated budget.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, from the link in your Stripe receipt. No notice period, no penalty.
Why is the first period free?
Because the site is young and we want you to pay only once you have seen enquiries arrive. If it has not earned its keep in 60 days, cancel and you have spent nothing.
