Relocation concierge
Buying the house takes a day. Everything else takes a year.
Codice fiscale, a bank that will actually open an account for a non-resident, a surveyor who turns up, a notary date, builders who quote in writing, and residency at the comune. In order, in Italian, with the cost of each step stated before you commit to it.

A £29 report on one town
A written report on one town: real all-in costs, which trades are actually there, what the grants require, and what will annoy you. Written by a person, not generated. If you then book Buying Support, it comes off the fee.
The report is bought from the town's own page, so we know which town to write about.

Straight answers
Do you take commission from the sellers?
No. We are paid by you, which is the only way our advice on whether to walk away can be worth anything. Vetted local providers pay to be listed in our directory, and that listing never affects what we recommend to you.
Can you guarantee I get a €1 house?
No, and anyone who does is selling you something. Most schemes now run as auctions, stock moves in batches, and the comune decides. What we can do is have your paperwork ready before the batch opens, which is what usually decides it.
What does the whole thing really cost?
For a typical scheme townhouse, expect €50–70k all-in to reach a finished, habitable house. We show the working on every listing rather than leading with the €1.
Do I need to speak Italian?
Not to buy. To live there happily, yes — and the towns that need you most are the ones with the fewest English speakers. We will tell you that plainly rather than after you have signed.
